Airtel BB bloopers

Well my first call to the tech support happened to be a little over too helpful for my (and every1 else too) concern.What happened is was I have having problem login to the north.atbb.in and just casually called the support.To mysurprise the girl on the other side simple double checked my password by asking me that "Is xxxxx the password you are using".... 😱 "Yes" I said!The girl had not checked my credentials nor was the phone is registered in my name!!!! So guys save your accounts from unethical tech supportAnd over and above this.....the poor girl told me pasword of another number... without asking for any verification!So...... no more sud I say... abt Airtel support hahaha :lol: P.S. Never use sensitive passwords for your BB accounts.. as they are saved in plain text with Airtel! and yes now U can use your neighbours bb account for free

well this is nothing. the SAME BLOODY thing happened with me with Net4India.

Broadband connection is nothing. But freaking domain name passwords? they reveal that on telephone without ANY verification...

Now that is something. right?

well what u were told is not ur password it is your customer id when your connection is installed your password by default is your customer id and and i dont think any one has ever changed it,it's publice you can come to know any ones customer id.So the girl did not tell you the password but she told yout some one else's customer id which unnder no circumstances is private.It is upto the customer to change the password.Whe you log into the site to view your useage dont you read what the pop up says it clearly mentions to change the password.

and that is the first thing any able person would do.. change the password.... getting me ..... 😉 no newbies around ... i see!

all i need to know ur credit card details from the cutomer care is the card number name and dob is that kind of security good enough! if no hen we should not be coomenting on the CCE's here.they have to provide you with service and can you think of any other way of Authorization
