I think they will launch only after Docomo is launched all over India.

I used Tata DoCoMo in mumbai..
Network connectivity is very bad sopes before launch it here they will work on it..
otherwise it hamper their brand image..
yeah,hope they launch it soon..they are pretty good in cdma..🙂
 
Vergin come with plan20p to all V 2 V (Local and STD )40p for localand50p for STDand SMS pack of Rs. 33 with 2000 Local and National SMS..seems good naa..
