BSNL IPTV Recorded Files

Hi Guyz,I have recorded files in BSNL IPTV..All files in .ts format but I am unable to play them on my laptop, dont know why??I can play files on settop box but not on laptop or PCI have installed & tried many codecs & other things but no luck 🙁I have heard that recorded files are binded to set top box MAC address..so until MAC address not get verified it will not play that videoso please provide any solution to play this files on laptop or PC..

i doubt they would be binded to some mac id. 😛but they are likely to be encrypted for sure...maybe they are also watermarking the content with your digital handprint so that u can be tracked in case the videos are distributed illegally.

how have u recorded ??the bsnl iptv recording through TV Tuner or itself in the STB that they provide My STb don't have any option for recording Recordings are done on BSNL end (on BSNL own server) not on our side atleast in Chandigarh don't know about other places

You CANNOT play those files dude. Its the same stuff with Tata Sky+ recordings aswell! And this practice is followed world wide and dont think there will be any cracks of such stuff for this!! Those files are binede/encrypted very strongly and hence only YOUR stb will be able to play them..

I asked for he File and (possible then with URL)

Who knows how can be get the direct URL.

Unlucky I don't have any access in my area with IPTV from DISH or BSNL IPtV

Yes u can watch recorded file on laptop or computer, but Doordarshan channel only... I have seen recorded files on my laptop.. but dont know why other channels recorded are not visible.. Check it out..
