Speed Dropped at specific timeframe

Download and browsing speeds are dropped considerably to 6-7 kbps only between 10 to 1 after which speed resumes normally around 30-kbps. Observation taken over 20 continuous days.anyone else got the issue?Would like to figure if this can be comp issue? Am more than sure they are dropping the speed though. Only in the given timeframe speed is compromised. Not even able to browse at times. This is going way to far. Any confirmation or views appreciated.Cheers all!
 
nop with sify browsing speed is at the max 12-13 KB/s ( as operas pop-up bar says ) and continuous dload is always 28-33 KB/s
 
I have been facing this issue for a month now. It was confirmed that the issue was not with the comp or the nic since sify guys had brought a laptop over to test the connection.They are also not sure about the cause of the issue. I notice the slowing down during the night time, probably after 8pm and continues maybe till 3am
 
Thanks ppl for the replies. joseph its clearly an issue that they are going to take time to resolve. I might be cancelling the service by then.

Highly frustrated with sify and both the CTO's incooperativeness and lies. After having notified this issue literally 20 times since about 8 days not one technician has shown up on the doorstep. Both have troubled me with false promises of sending someone over and having checked this or that. Complete miscooperation and filthy customer service with Reps and Sups raising voices, giving the run-around and talking condescendingly and arrogantly. They even avoid you from chat support by giving messages like Sorry agents busy or making chat inaccessible. You would get server not found only for chat. I myself had to change my id to gain support. What use paying for a 256 kbps connection ----> As good as feeding loathsome complacent beggars without conscience. Hopefully the airtel connection will be on its way here and sweep the local CTO scum and such disgusting service out of here.Cheers all!
