BSNL 256k u/l VS Connect gold 666 plan?

i just moved back to punjab and need to get an unlimited broadband connection. the 2 options i'm considering are:1. BSNL 256k u/L- 750 rs.2. HFCL Connect gold 666 combo: speeds b/w 150-500k. U/L Download. 50 calls free. STD rs 1, Local RS1.Anyone has any experience with both of these? on paper, connect looks the better option.but i want to know people who've used connect and bsnl to help me out by sharing their experience.Thanks a lot

well i am user of connect 444 plan with speed 300kbps...i will recommend u to go for connect as their service is good as compared to bsnl.Connect gives 24 hours uptime while BSNL doesnot give 24 hour uptime(at least to all of my friends). i get speed at 24-30kbps easily but sometimes usually in afternoon the speed is 16-25kbps but at night it always is 28-32kbps.

if u want to go for bsnl go for 500 combo pack. it doesnot make sense to pay 750 for 256 kbps while u can get 300 kbps in 444!!!!
 
connect is the bluffest company ever and their broad band palns suck. they promised 150kbps to 300 kbps speed for 444 plan but the actual speed they provide is download speed 12kbps and upload speed 8kbps for god shake this is broadband and not dialup:notallowed: https://www.speedtest.net

see upload speed is more than down load speed

i suggest every one to go for bsnl 700 plan or 630 plan better pay 200 bucks more than this crap never go for connect plan. i am going to get this crap disconnected

Wow people still lives in 128kbps? Shame on Indian isp, They lootofy so much, that sometimes we pay moree for 128kbps than a US person who pays the same for 25mbps. Now these people are on 150mbps for 190 odd $, we pay the same for 8mbps or some 10mbps Ul and might cost more. Shame on our ISPs
