Migrated to a New plan

so do the mtnl guys update it on the 1st of next month?I had updated to a different plan DSL NU seems they again put me on DSL 399first you get the DSL connection after a one month delay...then you go to the exchange and give the migration details and stuff and now they don't even do it....MTNL sux with respect to customer services.crap felt like venting...sorry guys.any ideas what to do?i can't go to the exchange again and again.....will try 1504 and get a complaint registered. :angry:
