Beam Cable System issue..Hyderabad

Hello every1 ....I m new in this forum ....Guys..I m facin hell lotta problem with my connection...I m havin 128 Kbps connection & my ISP is Beam Cable System Hyd...My DL /UL speed is jus 4KBps 🙁 (Bit torrents)..& I m facin NAT error in all da client....I even tried Port forwardin wid diff num it was of no use....& the login client dat I m usin is 24 hours online client....Is der n e chance dat Login client can block the ports....???Reply will b appreciated...Especially ..from HyderbadAbhishek..!

128? i Dont think they Ever had such plan in 06.. now in Sept 2009 it was 128 and now its minimum of 256!
