If real means 256Kbps ... next year ... though that is not what matters. It is much more important that more people get access to fair/good internet schemes at cheap prices, rather then a certain few ppl who can pay for it getting high speed broadband 🙂

i live in a place like goa (cant get more rural than that) and sify provides broadband thru the cable operator who have a problem providing clear cable. So i wonder whether bsnl goes the same way.
