This is just a random post on how disappointed I am with SRS Movie Hall today. I had booked a ticket for Dev D show 10 am. I reached the theater at 9:45 to find that the ticket window was closed. The management opened the ticket window only at around 9:55 am. Still no sign of the ticket. The ticket counter dude told me to meet the manager. Turns out, they had canceled the show because the print of the movie had not arrived yet. The management refused to refund the money and asked me to take tickets for another show. They did not even give me a confirmed ticket for tomorrow morning show. The ticket counter dude just wrote tomorrow on the today's ticket and asked me to bring it to them tomorrow morning to get the proper ticket. I would now go back tomorrow morning hoping to see this movie hoping that they honor the ticket I had for today.
