Calling Lucknow Subscribers of Airtel Broadband

Hi,I have been on 128 Kbps plan since 5 Nov,05 & had a ball of a time downloading a GB of data per day but it seems the gala time is over.I am down to pathetic 7-10 KBps.I'd like to know the experiences of other Lucknow based airtel BB subscribers.I have opened another thread for other states subscribers but I just want to confirm if it is not a local network problem.Otherwise if this prob. continues we will have to look for other solns.Please do respond fellow lucknow subscribers.Others are welcome too .Thanks.
