Is it a crime if I broadcast FM radios available in DTH through Internet?

Hi, all
Is it a crime if I broadcast FM radios through Internet? I want to broadcast only radios available in Government’s free DTH (there are private radios like S-FM also available in free DTH)

Please help me because I don’t know about Indian Broadcast Act
 
^ sorry to say , it is not legal in India .
However Indian FM Radio Stations do exist on the Internet
(without any permission from the concerned authorities)
