please help me out problem with nokia siemens modem c2110.

sir i took bsnl broadband connection on jan 2008 it came with utstarcom modem it was working well suddenly one day lan is showing as no connectivity lan the lamp in the modem was also not glowing so iculdnt access the internet. so i & my father went to our local bsnl exchange & said the modem problem he said that after modem is given to customer they hold no responsibility after much negotiations he replaced my modem with Nokia siemens c2110 it worked for two months correctly but now the problem with this modem is all the lights are blinking continously after on & off doing repeatedly the dsl appears sometimes. last time he was saying if any faliure to this modem we should purchase it by paying a full amount. and i also observed one the if i remove line & lan also it is blinking continously iam afraid now to report to the exchange becoz of last time quarrel with the sdo (outdoor) by mistake dsl connects also internet gets dissconnected frequently yes iam using a splitter provided by bsnl

Are you using an ADSL splitter provided by BSNL ?
Connect all phones after splitter.
Check settings of modem

does the LAN led also blink continuously? it could be some virus/spyware on your pc.. do a scan.. update antivirus and antispyware

sir i bought a new modem type ii of utstarcom model no wa3002ga can u please help me in telling the procedure of installing wifi it has four ethernet ports and one wlan please write the procedure detailing iam little poor in computer knowledge openes 192.168.1.1 i called the 1800 424 1600 number but they couldnt help me the jto of our area has no knowledge about these future technlogies im from sangareddy medak district i visited the exchange several times they couldnt help me please help me its pretty urgent.

I think some one is supposed to come from the exchange (I mean a technical guy) to your home and get the connection installed. Then why the hell are they taking the extra 250 bucks for installation..? When I took the offer, as a special scheme, I didnt have to pay the installation charge + security deposit for BB + Modem Rent (Monthly), but still a techy guy came to my house and that too on a Sunday and got it installed. Call the CC and tell them that you are entitled to have someone coming to your house...!
