[HFCL Connect] Fluctuating Ping

Hello,I use 444 Plan of HFCL Connect, its speed varies from 100kbps to 300kbpsEarlier this plan had only 100kbps. Since they gave extra bandwidth.. A new problem has arised.I play Counter Strike 1.6 Online, but i get flucuating ping on all servers.This problem starts at exactly at 7:00pm & settles around 11:00pm during which i love playingmy ping fluctuates from 100 to 400 (or even 800 sometimes).if i get 200-300 ping constant , its better than getting a fluctuating ping.I get good ping only on servers hosted on my ISP.Please give your views about this problem.. !!😢
