Chirithira is not available in North Package

Hi All, 1.Spoke with CC to confirm about Chirithira for North Package,CC informed that it is only available to South India package,What is the use, even if your are ready to pay for it, you cannot view it:madness: 2.CC informed that Mercury Package(HBO & Star Movies) for 3months is for Rs 105.00(no extra charges) strange,website states Rs 35.00 per month with taxes extra:huh: 3.Can we recharge on the website and for what denominations are recharge Coupons availabe for🙁 4.I cannot login on the website to view my account detials,as when i click on the login page, it throws an error stating that page cannot be displayed:wall: 5.Why is Sundirect not updating the website ,regarding their channels and other contact information:huh: ThanksShibu John

the site works only with internet exploder .sane browsers like firefox was not supported last time I checked.@shibu :why not call SD's kochi or kozhikode hotline numbers and ask for a change to malayalam plan?🙂and believe me ,chirithira simply circulates same thing in every 1-1.5 hours.
 
what plan u opted for?Did u mentioned that u want malayalam basic package?

In sun direct if u want to recharge add on package then u need to pay them in quaterly basis.As u mentioned the mercury package is Rs.35 per month (35*3=105).

Can we recharge on the website and for what denominations are recharge Coupons availabe for🙁

u need to buy recharge coupon from the dealer / distributor. After that scratch the 16 digit secret number of the scratch card and u need to enter the pin number in the customer portal.

Why is Sundirect not updating the website ,regarding their channels and other contact information:huh:

They r very slow in updating their website:evil:.Till now they havent updated the nodal officer number for the states they r operating from.If u r malayalee then call the nodal officer Kerla and mention him the difficulties faced by you.
