new dc++ ip for sify vasai (E)

hi this is the new ip of sify users in vasai (E) .may work in west...ip -10.40.7.158 .this hub will be online 24hrs.user who doesnt know what is dc++ and how to use it im me or post it .i will help you.if you will be using dc++ and if a user is sharing something then it will be downloaded at speed of 4 to 5 mb/sec.yes you heard me !IF ANY 1 IS NOT ABLE TO JOIN PLEASE TELL ME VIA REPLY AND WITH THE ERROR MESSAGE.BEFORE TRYING OUT YOU CAN PING MY IP AND CHECK IT WHETHER YOU ARE GETTING THE REPLY AND IF YOU ARE GETTING REPLY THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN IT

i m from vasai(w) near panchavti..i m using instanet ...in dc++ when i insert this address it gives me error:

plz help......
