Hi all,Please advice me on how to do this. I have some problem with the service provider. I am using a post paid connection. The problem is described below.1. I liked to register my mobile with hotmail for getting mail alerts as a SMS in my mobile. I called up the customer care and asked about that. They told that the service is free of cost, i confirmed it again then i registered for that. Now i am charged. (Wrong commitment given to me)2. I called customer care and asked for this. They told that it is a mistake and they promised for a call back from manager. I asked them to call my no and not in any alternate no, i also asked them to delete alternate no they have. (Spent about 30 min in this call)3. But they called the number that i gave before getting this connection. This no is used by one of my friend and interrupted him in his job. My friend told the customer care people to call me. (They interrupted my friend when he was in job)4. Then didnt call me. I called them asking about the status. came to know that it is updated in their records as " that they spoke to me, they explained me on the issue, and the issue is closed now " (Spent one hour on this call)(Wast of all my time and they updated incorrectly that they talked to me)I am really frustrated with all this and i am thinking of taking legal action against my mobile postpaid service provider. People please advice me on how to do this.

Are u speaking about Airtel? They are not being listed on the Hotmail site, along with other service providers...

You will be charged Re 1 per alert received from your Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger account on your phone. Currently, there is no maximum number of SMS messages that can be received from this service every month.
