Hi , lately my internet has started acting weird . It works fine for some time then suddenly it stalls for long periods . What i mean is , the sent-received windows both turn black and the websites stop loading .I just checked utorrent now in the morning and all downloads were also stuck.I havent changed any settings . Ive been using mtnl for 3 weeks now . This problem is occuring only for the past few days.Any help would be great . ThanksRouter is GLB-502T

@ ashishgoel .. i had alreayd read that thread before starting mine and done the necessary settings . It didnt help though .
@ essbebe .. i already have that link as my bookmark . U had linked me to it on 1 of my previous threads lol. Well , i was thinking of switching over to bridge mode . Ill do that and see if it works. Thanks
Okay .. 2 queries . For enabling bridge mode , do i have to create a new connection as i have a pppoe connection already on? Or do i make the necessary changes in the existing connection itself?
And , in that guide , in the 6th step where you have to select the option "connect using a broadband connection that requires a username and password" , this is what i get

Only the 3rd option is highlighted and i cant select the first two. Please help. thanks

Well I am also facing the same problem.My connection is working fine and speed is also normal.but suddenly my Internet stop working for some time (around 10 min) that it starts again.Even download in utorrrent is effected by this.MY router is GLB-502T.Exchange maniklal (ghatkopar mumbai).My mtu setting is 1492.Kindly help me out.
