Need Help with Modem Config

Hi,

I just got the connection installed.

I have a problem

When I go to the modem setup page http://192.168.1.1 i don't get the menu on the left of the explorer page, is there some plugin or setting that is required? I can see the configs but not the menu. The BSNL guys don't have a clue.

Pls help.

u did say explorer. are u using internet explorer to check that page?
 
Yes IE 6 Sp 1.

Pls check ur typing it right
http://192.168.1.1
next one network window will appear.
if it is not happening check the modem in control panel.
in the system taskbar near the clock the network icon is displying.
 
No probs with the modem, am able to access the web, its the display in the browser window that is not showing the config links.

tried resetting your modem?
