I am unable to open MODEM page using DATAONE CONNECTION

I want to do port forwarding in my BSNL-DATAONE connection. I have HEUWAI 800 series modem I am unable to open the MODEM page. I am logged in as ADMIN in my PC. Still when I type 192.168.1.1 nothing happens... Page not found error comes.. Please let me know how can I proceed.:thumb:
 
Are you connected to Internet with present settings ?Select your modem for settings herecalcuttatelephones.com/dataoneinstall/menu.htmlStart RUN type cmd type ipconfig/allThe default gateway is your modem's IP address.Still you cannot access , you have to RESET the modem to default settings and access the menu. All settings will be lost.
 
try inserting static ip address.. go to control panel->network connections.Right click on Local area connection click on properties.. then go to tcp/ip properties.. and enter ip as 192.168.1.10 and gateway as 192.168.1.1. now try..
 
I tried all but not success
. 1. You cannot connect to the internet now.
2. You cannot access the modem settings.
3. You tried RESET ( with power on for 20 to 30 seconds ).
4. You entered IP details as given in Post 3.
Your reply can be "confirmed !"
OR

Para two : Post ipconfig/all equivalent in your MAC OS.
May be your ethernet card is not fitted properly or gone faulty or needs new drivers.
 
go to command prompt and type 'ipconfig' without quotes.it will mention your default gateway..try to enter default gateway address in the URL box of your browser.by d way are u using your internet through USB??

I already tried this but was not able to open the page .

My interpretation of this screenshot...

Local Area Connection 2 is Technisat dvb-pc tv star pci, which is for TV via broadband? I'm not sure of this coz I haven't used it.

Local Area Connection 3 is for a bluetooth device.

Local Area Connection (Realtek NIC) which has 169.254.x.x address. Meaning your PC did not get an IP address from your modem so it assigned itself an automatic address.
Right-click on the connection and click Repair.
OR
Give it a static address like 192.168.1.2 and default gateway 192.168.1.1 and then try logging on to your modem interface.

You have PPP adapter DATAONE, which indicates you are online AND connected in bridge mode which doesn't require port forwarding.
