DRINK WATER IN EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

good tip...but I read somewhere that recent studies show that the 'drink 8 glasses of water a day' is not absolutely true. You should drink adequate water to replace the fluid loss. Drinking too much water is harmful as well, it can lead to water intoxication and hyponatremia
 


ok drinking water seems good but it depends on the season in winter and monsoon not many drink a lot of water unless you have time to exercise.

Wow I wish our medical community would know this, Maintaining the cost of healthcare systems not even in India but in Developed countries would be so much cheaper if they knew that all the common diseases and Number 1 killers like Diabetes and Heart Disease can be cured by drinking water, Dont be fooled there is a lot more to all these diseases than that.

I cant believe this =
- -Diabetes has nothing to do with the Hydration state of the body, it has to do with Target cell Defect for type 2 Diabetes and insulin Deficiency for type 1 Diabetes.
Cancer - cannot be treated by just drinking water.
TB - is caused by MTB - Bacteria, can be in any part of the Body including lungs, I dont know what is the concept you are trying to explain about TB getting cured or even be minimized by Drinking water.
High BP - The reason for High blood pressure is excessive pressure of the blood on the arteriolar walls, dont see how this would decrease by drinking more water.

Whoever has written this article doesnot know human physiology - Fats consumed are broken down by Bile and an enzyme produced by the Pancreas - Pancreatic Lypase not by acid, in fact if the food remains acidic while it is in the interstines where these enzymes react, Fats would not be digested at all by Pancreatic lypase since it needs Basic medium for the digestion to take place.

Dont mean to be against the article but please dont be fooled by such articles, if you doubt what I wrote go check out Articles on Human Physiology or Fat digestion or TB or Cancer or Diabetes, there is no way water consumption affects these conditions.

With that said, There is no doubt that drinking water and keeping adequately hydrated is essential for all the body mechanisms to function at an optimal level. But please know the facts and dont expect it to Do miracles like treating Diabetes or cancer or TB.

Thanks For sharing best tips. Such a great tips. Well, our bodies are primarily made up of water, almost all of our nourishment is made with water, Our planet is covered with a lot of water, I think water may be a good thing... drink more water.
 
My grandma used to say me drink water everyday in the morning and i barely used to listen. Nice to hear that there is scientific evidence. Will drink water from now on. 🙂
