BSNL Broadband: Password change problem

Hi all,

How do I change the dataone broadband password ? I saw in the net that it can be done at http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp. But I am not able to access this page . Can some one help me on this ?

Is it possible for someone And also Can some one misuse the password remotely ?

Can some one misuse the password remotely ?
If you tell usage Portal ID anyone can change your User ID password. and you cannot connect to Internet.
But not possible to use internet on your acct.
Now, I think, your telephone number, bill number details are also required as additional protection in the usage portal.

Access with 14digit portal ID. web usage portal.
You can see the menu at the top for change of password for User ID.
