Maruti Suzuki A-Star

In my opinion , maruti is canibalising its product ,the pricing of a-star is almost same as zen estilo,wagonr .so these cars(a-star,zen & wagonr) will kill each other to survive.so the only strong point a-star has is its new k-series engine and its claimed mileage.
 
drove it today. was fun to drive. the gear shift and steering is like the swift. rear view mirrors are too small. back looks bad. rear lights are terrible.
 
overall looks are only bad. 😛 nothing appealing to me, nor looks nor specs.
 
lets see how much of that comes true.
 

this figure is approved by ARAI. and i think this is how all automakers would soon have to show real world mileage. 🙂
 
this car is pretty near to the pricing of swift which is a much better buy. tho the fuel efficiency is much more. 🙂
 
more than half were exported. rest were sold in india. i see quite a lot a-star and ritz on the roads.
