change of plan from Home Plan 500 to HP 250

Hi, Can anybody please tell me how to change from Dataone Homeplan 500 to Homeplan 250. it is very urgent as it would be included in the bill of November.Thanks in advance.with regards,Dawood.

cant we do it online or on phone, we change the plan in bfone.

I had asked about plan changing and BSNL officials had told me to give a written letter only then the change of plan would be effective. I suggest u give a written application. PSU's take a lot of time entertaining queries thru phone or online.

Even if u give the letter for change of plan ur PLAN 250 will be applicable from DEC!!!U cannot modify ur current monthU have Give it immediately or else it will be applied from JAN as they take some time to modifyThey Should give Option of Changing it Online!!!!!!!!
