How do i get my username and password?

:wall: Can anyone help me get my username and password..? the moron who came n installed my modem said that i shud call the customer care n get my username and password.. its been 3 months nw.. n still the customer care buggers havnt picked up the call..!! is ther any other way i can get username and password...?? pls help.... thnks in advance.... cheers...!!
 
-Call 1500, its a toll free customer care centre of BSNL Broadband.-Else, go to your Telephone Exchange,meet JE and tell your problem.-Since you say,you have got your connection 3 months back,i think u wont get your username and password,insted they will give you portalID and password.
 
@member/killerhardy/Welcome to the Broadbandforum.inHow do you connect to the internet ?Using a dialer (wanminport) ?0r "AlwaysOn" where your ID and passwordare entered in the modem ? Open the WAN page of your modem. from context menu click view page sourceYour ID &password will be seen in plain language.For dialer mode also software available to reveal the details. Or ask for the 14 digit portal ID and password (default: password.)Try in the usage portal ( for IP 117.xx.xx.xx.)
