No such plans in the pipeline. A total lie.
 
it is true airtel has announced new plans. with effect from Dec 05.i am in 500 plus plan wherein my download limit is 1gb at 256kbps.now i can opt to pay rs.49/- per month extra and get unlimiteddownload from 9pm to 8 am next day. as it is my bill comes tors.551/- per month if i stay within this 1gb limit. under the newscheme in addition my usage from 9pm to 8am goes free absolutely.i have opted for it and from 7th onwards will be in this new scheme.the bill will come to rs.605/- per month. i think it is wonderful. 🙄 in another scheme 995 combo the limit was 1.25gb (256 kbps)plus 200 pulsesfree. the monthly bill will come to rs.1100/- under the new scheme thespeed has been enhanced from 256 to 512 kbps 300 pulses free, other terms same.i am told in another 2 months the scheme 500plus may be changed.i am happy that airtel is offering good service. B)

there are two plans as of now.
1. plan 600 - 128kbps unlimited rs.600 per month
2. plan 900 - 256kbps unlimited rs.900 per month.

kindly contact your area customer care.
i am at chennai. if you are at chennai you can contact
them at 42111213. 🙂

hey man ... is this only for chennai for airtel on all india basis ..the customer support in mumbai is pretty lame and they arent even aware of the tariff plans themselves ..... even basic tariff plans like 128 kbps unlimites somebody tells me 699 while some other support rep says 99 is waived off nd its 600+taxes ....anyways please tell me abt this 500plus scheme u just mentioned ....

about 500plus plan:
no free calls - at 256kbps download limit is 1gb
by paying rs.49/- per month extra your download
is not billed from the hours 9pm to 8am nextday.

i have sent request for opting the unlimited
after 9pm scheme. my bill instead of 551 will come to
rs.605/- all inclusive. from 7-12-05 onwards it will
be available.
