Hey I'd enquired through their website..I just got this email:-

We are pleased to inform you that, the feasibility of providing services for a Tata Indicom Broadband connection, at your following requested location has been confirmed.
A sales representative will now contact you in the next 72 hrs to help you choose the right tariff plan, fill up the application form and collect the amount from you towards the relevant charges.

Dude, please confirm the feasability again thro the call centre.A friend of mine paid the installation charges, but then they told him they didnt have the feasability!Please be careful, try to inquire with any other Tata users in your area..
 
I don't know any TATA users.. 🙁 I'll try calling them up and asking 10 times..to 10 different people 🙂
 
Ok, just be careful. the bloody retards told me i had feasability. they took my money. then told me i had no feasability. then voila in 2 days i got my 'feasability' back! :lol:edit: and yeah, like hitman said, they cancelled my order after 2 weeks, then i called them to ask why i hadnt received the connection, they told me i had to place a new order...i got my connection on the 29th of the month (due to their fault), and those b@stards billed me for the whole month...
 
Yup same here. I too got my connection on 29th and got billed for whole month. The explanation given by them was wierd. So make sure u get ur account activated on 1st 😉

256kbps - Rs.1600 (+10.2%service tax.)

In their leaflets, they say "Absolutely No Hidden Charges"... then they add the Service tax crap in small letters at the bottom...
 
Well, legally service tax cannot be called a hidden charge... as long as it is mentioned somewhere that it is not included..
 
hehe..the TATA dude came..said no Postpaid! lol only prepaid..128k u/l 3000bux for 3months.lame!I said no thanks 🙂*sigh*
 
WTF? maybe they dont have any billing centres or something at your area/city.Hope you find a better ISP!
