Slow speed only in night unlimited period at Kolkata

I am getting slow speed only during night unlimited period from last couple of months. In daytime I am getting 190-210 Kbps but 2am-8am is 80-100 Kbps. I am under Home 500 plan. I am from south Kolkata and I am in NIB1 (old customer). One of my friend in the locality also facing the same problem. Is there anybody else in Kolkata who is facing the problem? Please report along with your plan details and location so that we can mail this thread to CGM, BSNL Kolkata.
 
yep. it happens almost all part of India (may be because of many users) ! It is discussed in many threads here ! you may see the same stuff in first page itself.
 
I am from Kolkata also facing the same problem but my speed is even low and under Home 500C plan
 
jus only best suggestion is to complain to the bsnl officials:yahoo::ashamed:
 

Ok, so I thought that I am the only one.... 🙁 :wall:Anyways....I have made several complains but yet to get a solution. Does anyone here know the email id of top ranking BSNL officials in Kolkata? Then we can all complain and force them to sit up and look into this matter!

In my city yamunanagar,Haryana speed is very good in night unlimited.I m getting 160kb/sec in torrents and 50-60kb/sec in link-removed.........
 
this is business statistics frinds...bsnl 😡😡..thats y i am sttuck@ul plan .though i hv download over 80 gb in a month with only 256kbps speed...:thumb::dance:
 
am hvg type-ii modem with Combo HomeC-500 plan;
the downloading speed of any file is

maximum 8 kbps during UL Net time of 2 am to 8 am -

and during other time, it is usually 27 kbps (maximum).

is that the right downloading speed or
any configuration problem i need to set it?

known bsnl-technicians in kolkata are of no use to educate me.

pl advise if i need take help of some other site -
to access the required site for downloading.

BSNL has increased contention ratio to 1:50 that means a 2mbps line is shared with 50people so this problem will occur
