Phone number to inquire UserID/Pwd

Does anyone know the number to call up to confirm the userID pwd. I use dataone PPPoE dialup to connect and have setup connection with the user ID and Pwd provided. I want to change to autoconnect on bootup. For this I need to configure ADSL by going to 192.168.1.1 and provide user ID and Pwd. Is it assumed that the UserID/Pwd currently used by me while connecting thru PPPoE dialup will be the same when I visit the config site?
 
User Id: admin, Password: admin. Try this 😀
