its working fine. Maybe u forgot to pay the bill.

Shut up 😡...it was down for some users across Mumbai and the call centre confirmed this.

Its working fine after he advised to switch off and then on the digibox.
 

It is working fine for me here in Chennai.. May be a temporary problem in Mumbai.

Hey u Shut up. It was down 4 u thn dats ur prob. It wasnt dwn for me in Mumbai.
 
It is not a mobile/landline/internet or any terrestial network that any particular area network would be down. Signals are received from single source satellite and at any time either all will receive signals or all may lose it (as happened on few occasions). There may be some problem in dish/LNB/STB which may have caused signal loss, so far thats all I can say about this problem
