Moving to Bangalore - need advice on Cable/Dish Providers

Hi everyone, wondering if someone here could possibly help - my Brother-in-law is moving to Bangalore with his family to work soon, he is coming from America and is hoping to find a TV package that has Baseball and if possible American Football on - his kids love the sports and he wants to try and make the transition as easy as possible for them (obviously kids TV channels will help as well!! but methinks he also wants the sports for himself if he ever gets chance to watch them!!) I am posting this on the off chance someone can give me some advice to pass onto him regarding any providers that do show American sports as part of their packages - I have noticed Tata have ESPN - although on their website it mentions something about it only being free/on until Sept 08? Do they carry live games at all on ESPN over there? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! american sports on indian television? i guess only after midnight till early morning. it's going to be rather disappointing experience. i guess joost might come handy in this situation.

Dont suppose you know if ESPN carries live games regardless of time on Tata?

According to Espn India website TV guide they did show Live baseball today from 4.30 AM. TV Listing | espnstar.com
