Reliance Big TV DTH Connection / Brochure Pictures Attached

Hey Guys,
I subscribed for a BIG TV connection today. That guy took me into a PCO Offer.

I paid 2100 which includes 3 months subscription. I went to their office to see a demo. I already saw it but i went there just to see it again and to browse through all the channels. EXCELLENT RESULT.

There, they have a calculation on a white board. (That is may be a "would be" regular market price)

Rs. 1500 STB
Rs. 1000 Installation
Rs. 750 (250 x 3 months)

Rs. 3250

Benefit of Rs. 1000 (They are offering PCO offer at 2250 Rs. - but he charged me only Rs. 2100).

They also have brochures. I took them and uploaded them on my server. I am posting photos of that brochure as well.

I will post other pictures of dish, STB once i get it installed. Hope they do it quickly and i get it in a big way!!! I am looking forward for that now.

We have ISRO here (in Ahmedabad - they have a big satellite operation here - Insat 4CR managed by ISRO) and i got to know from inner sources (not officially disclosed) that its gonna launch on Diwali 08 (not even on 15th Aug). Lets see, when they actually launch it.

abhaee tere ko din me bhe star dekh rahaee lagata hai INSAT 4CR tu kab kee launch hu chukee hai ,

no man... not seeing stars in a day and i know its launched since 2006. i just gave a general info here.

4CR was launched in 2007, 4C was launched in 2006 but failed.

I think this PCO (and any other) offer has version 1.0 STB which is Big-TV-DTH-Set+top+box.jpg (image)

Not a version 2.0 (as shown on their website) which is - http://www.bigtv.co.in/bigtv/big/im/dish.gif

So, we will be getting the 1st (link image) STB in these offers not the newer one as shown on a website!!!

I think Insat 4CR is to be used for Bharati. Reliance is using Measat. They have already started operations and only commercial launch is needed. I don't know whether Ambani will tell ISRO about this commercial launch.

Good posts but if you increase the picture size and clarity it will be helpful for us. As we can manage to read them. At present contents are not being able to read.

Also if u can,pls take some screenshots of the tamil channels.Also some videos pls.🙂

They came and installed.

Its more than expected. I have a "WOW" experience.

I got some work to do. I will post screenshots soon.

Btw, i found that a size of a dish is a bit larger than TS and DISH but its good. That guy said that the size is always bigger a better. I can see it in a result. All channels look superb. Excellent quality and i have an amazing experience watching them on my Sony tv. I never watched channels at this much of crystal clear quality as our cablewala was never be able to give us such result.

Attach is just a picture of that guy who was fitting dish on my terrace. i took that time. i will take more pictures of channel screens later.
