Prepaid STD Rate Increased - Mumbai?

I was just going through Vodafone's website and found this
Vodafone Prepaid Cost Structure - Mumbai
It shows STD Rate as 1.50/min.....previously it was 1.30/min.

So, have they increased the rates? Got no sms or anything!

Can't check it out right now coz my balance in negative, happened for the first time in 3 years,
they cut all the subscription charges even though my balance was negative,
whereas previously they used to cancel the subscription if the balance was not enough

It might be possible that these STD rates are applicable for new connections only,
and those who had the previous rate @ 1.30/pm will enjoy the same rate

but not sure, can anyone confirm?

update: STD rate has been increased to 1.50/pm, not only in Mumbai, but in all areas

oh yes, need to confirm with CC. if they did that for all without informing, it will be outright cheating.
