net9online broadband internet

I live in Bombay and have net9online broadband internet connection. I am trying to use azureus to connect to torrents. But I get NAT error. The ISP is of no help, as they do not understand what I am talking about. How can I resolve this issue?Also is there a hub around my area so that I can use dc++.Please help.Thanks.
 
I had a similar problem. The ISP was of no help either. Ur firewall should be blocking the port. To give access to the port open ur firewall and give access to all ports to the following program ":\PROGRAM FILES\JAVA\J2RE1.4.2_03\BIN\JAVAW.EXE" or search for javaw.exe. It should work (it worked for me).

I am getting a NAT problem in Vile Parle on Exattnet 256kbps line from log2space.

Where u from?
