hathway disconnection issues

Are you guys having hathway disconnection issues. Hathway subscribers please respond. What's happening here is that, it goes off, and goes on. Abnormal disconnects for upto 3 mins and then it comes right back. Sometimes I am able to ping the gateway, sometimes not. Other times, the gateway gets pinged but intermittent timeouts come through. What could possibly be the problem. From hathway directly or from my local cable operator. I'm right now on a backup ISP. Peace.

it used to happen to me ard a month bak in chembur....i had to restart modem...it happens becoz they r doin some installation stuff on there side or providing new connection frm the hub where r u getting connected.....mail to them or call them and say u getting mor disconnection so this time they will b carfull....

call a technician from hathway and he will tell u wats goin on !!

Oh trust me, I tried all the steps you requested. Nonetheless, I had to discontinue hathway because of this crap. Haha.

For the time being 🙁. I have a limited list of ISPs to choose from. I hate sify, it's worse. Just as bad. I'm waiting for hotwire or airtel to come in my area, those 2 so far are the most reliable.
