I am not an autoexpert but here is what i feel about Yamaha Fazer .

If Splendor is Maruti 800 then this can be quoted as zen.
People say its like mosquito. But see mosquito has lot of flexibiliy. same with this. Other biks has limitation when it comes to deep left or right turns , Fazer is very good in this point ( personally like this feature very much becuase i drive in Delhi's traffic jams) . The design of Fazer is not ordinary or very common. In Front most prominent thing is twin handlight which gives it quite different look. On the either side of Petrol tank, there are two beautifully placed covers like in Fiero which gives
it a straight flow line. The seat is broad so very comfortable for rider as well as for pillion too even if the rider is heavy Unlike pulsar which give little comfort to pillion rider. While driving bike is really smooth even on high speed and less noisy.Red color is best according to me among the other i saw till now.So the over all, combination of all these give Fazer a uniqueness.

Yamaha Fazer : engine is 125cc, four stroke and cost is around Rs.44000. Although its not very fuel efficient bike, gives the milage of around 45-50 only if we compare this with splandor but just compare with other bike like pulsur, caliber its okey. One more disadvantage no option of disc brake.
But if somebody is not very much intersted in fuel efficiency and disc brake ( me too dont require that) then this can be a good choice.

Good pickup, stylish look I vote for this.Go get it 😀

yeah u dont require disc brakes. u just had an accident when ur scooter could not stop when u saw a pothole coming in front of you.

@Ankuryour mini-commentary about the Fazer has hooked me.....Gonna check it out at the showroom this weekend.

Hey Sushubh, U know the reason behind my accident was my speed not my brakes. And dear, try applying disc brakes at the speed of 80 and next word u say "oh god why the hell disc brakes there in my bike" They are good only when ur speed is limited. with good speed u sure gona skid your bike.so according to me, if ur bike have well maintained brakes they are enough. No need of disc.

if u have discs with tyres with good grip, ur vehicle wont skid. and breaks are supposed to be there to stop a vehicle from high speed. and discs are preferred over drums in performance bikes because drums dont stop the vehicle fast enough... u dont see discs on a scooty. u see them on pulsar. if they were good only in slow speeds god forbid, moto gp drivers are in hell.
