samrudha, I too am from Mumbai and I too have been ranting about it's availability in Mumbai. Anyway, where do you stay? I have some info on Airtel BB being available in Mumbai. According to Airtel, their network hasn't reached in all areas so you have to visit their Lower Parel office and ask them if they will provide you with their DSL services. If they provide anywhere nearby then they will prolly extend their services to your place. The problem is that I have been very busy and didn't have time to visit their office. They have another office at malad too. Here is their address. It's just walk in. No appointments or anything. Just find out if you can.
