🙁 HI friend i wana help i am from kanpurand i am new maemberof dataone broadband service ya service is goodbut there is no helplien and i hve big problems related telephoneso this time one day my fonedial tone was lostand when i complaiend it its workingbutnow dataone connection is not workingwhen i use itmy modemits Lan line link line (orange) and Act LIne (green) allways workingbut ADSL lights both Link and ACT is not workingso any body suggest where is the problemand when i use my admin accoutn its workingand its shows data link is downso this is the my problem if anybody have suggesiton please help me to correct it.wating for replyrinku
 
I guess there has been no reply yet because the question was beyond our limits. It needs to be put in the right way. The only thing i can suggest is check for no paraller connection and reset the router
 
If the ADSL LINK LED is not glowing, this means that your router is unable to syncronize itself with DSLAM on the BSNL end. This can be because of various reasons. Contact BSNL. Today it is a government holiday. Tomorrow you can call BSNL at 1957.It's better to contact the concerned SDO straightaway if you can get his number. I always do this whenever I have any problem. Agreed that there's a poor customer support but personal links always matter and you can always make them if you visit your telephone exchange 4-5 times. B)
 
Thanks for replyya i know that its beyond ur limitbut ur tips will help minecz i had some cofusion that may be i hve some problembut i tried reset routherbut its exchange problemi will try tomorrow also thanks fo reply
