Permalinks not working

Hi pals... i am running my blog on my own computer with help of wamp server. problem is that when i try to customize permalinks structure, it changes successfully.

but when i try to access the post, it displays

anyone help me to fix this problem

umm... i dont think u would have mod rewrite installed on your own machine...

i have checked rewrite module in apache. is it correct?
