Was worried about the Aug bill. Was outstation and returned today.Well no data usage charges added!

free in cbe it should be
 
It is free from 2 am to 8 am, that's for sure. But u need no reconnect after 2am and disconnect before 8 am. Otherwise the usage will be metered.

But even if i login at 2.30 and logout by7.30 the usage are recorded on the service records ???
 

It will show up in your service records but in the bill they will be reduced as NU (Night Usage)
 
I got my Aug Bill . The Data usage is divided in 2 part1-15 Aug and 16-31 Aug.And they have divided 5 GB Free in each fortnight and charged me for first fortnight as usage passes over to 5 GB, but the Total for full month was still in 10 GB limit.Is any body else also charged in this fashion ?thanks
 
jainnaren.. this happened for me too...For me it was Home 500 plan with 1 GB Free and in the first fortnight i have used 562 MB and in the second i have used 400 MB. Totally with 1024MB (562+400 = 962 MB)But was charged 100RS for the first fortnight (562 - 512 = 50 * 2).I called up the customer care but in vain. They are simply saying that they changed the plan on 16th Aug. I told them that they cannot do it without informing me before hand but even then nothing happened.Has any one else had the same problem..??

They adjusted the amount paid towards advance rental in your august bill. U wl get BB usual bill next month onwards.

hi,the bill u recieved is only plan charges only that bill doesnt have any data charges. wait for another bill for detailed usage charge.all the best mohan
 
Mr. Kumar read the prev posts carefully. Its been said that the amount which was initailly payed as advance would be adjusted in aug bill and hence no dataone charges were included.
