Let me share my billing.I recently got my Bill. They have asked me to pay Rs1500 something for the month of July, Rs500 something for the month of Aug [1st half] and again Rs 500 something for the second half. The best part?? My total usage for the month of July was 879 mb and for the month of August was 1235mb [somewhere close.. but not exceeding 1299mbI lodged a complaint on the 23'rd of August. And guess what? The D/E told today when I went to his room that my telephone number doesn't exist on his list  We had shifted our house about 4 months back and they were still following our old telephone number. So I gave him my old number and then he said that Rs 167 will be credited to my bill on the next cycle. He also mentioned that he doesn't have my usage and that the letter has been forwarded to Bangalore { I live in Chennai }The funny part? I saw a whole stack of Complaint letters. So I guess I am not the only one to be shell shocked. He tells me now that the last date has been extended to OCt 10th from Sept 27th...After I pay my bill duh!

I have been billed some 25,000 Rs for the month of august..I am really mad now 🙁

@sourabh, untill you post your usage details as shown in the portal of BSNL, it will be extremely difficult to arrive at a conclusion 🙁

What i see sourabh is that have not kept ur free session in lmits of 2-8 but either u have started downloading before 2 am or ended downloading after 8. So what i conclude is that BSNL has no time servers to record data tranfer between 2-8 ONLY.The only thing left for u is to contact ur DE asap and explain him your issue

from where can I get the number?cause whenever I call them up, they keep asking me to call up another number 🙁

else go to your local exchange and ask them to forward you to the right department. Say this with lot of pressure
