Does bsnl landline help desk no 1500 working?

Hi, For the few days, i tried so many times the help desk number 1500, which stops at selection of language. Then it is looping around the same query, without going to customer care executive.
Kindly check, if it is a general problem or a problem with my mobile. My landline is not working. I think, that this is the help desk number for landline grievances
 
I guess the call center office is closed due to Covid .Try to tweet them on BSNL . You may get a response

Yep Their CC number keeps facing issues in processing inputs for me too. Rarely do I get a successful connection when I try to register landline complaint.
 
Vishal Rao, i sent a email to cmd . Hope that he listens to that. There is no alternative number and all the telephone numbers at officers level evinced no response.

Email may not be much use, as mentioned try tweet them @ BSNLCorporate
 

Should i then becoma a tweeter member.
I only have email,
Facebook is full of compromises , so do not have fb ac. If i could post, without becoming tweeter ac holder,then well and good.
Hi, vishal rao, So the help desk for entire bsnl india is not working.
 
I think you should call your local CSC rather than the central Customer care cause they will redirect you again. If CSC guys are seeing its faulty , they fix it within 24-48 hours if they have staff and they are working. Many have taken retirement.
 
Hi, shashankb, I was asked about the circle, and then after giving this, received a reply that the complaint has been registered and will be attended by shortly.
This is the status
Regarding local, i tried to contact the nodal officer operation, but the call was not taken inspite of my repeated attempts
 
Yeah. The CSC is at the district level(BSNL office) where the complaint ultimately gets forwarded to. That is what I was referring to. I have the same experience with Nodal officers
you can get your CSC number on Google Maps by typing "district-name here" BSNL CSC mobile/phone number"
 
Hi, I got the number of higher officers and luckily , I was able to talk to a officer on her mobile. She listened and then said, that she would inform the concerned division and then gave the mobile number of the concerned person.
Lastlly the officer near my circle , has contacted me and said she would set right in a day or two. She said that the problem is not common but to some area.
Today, when I tried the help line, it works and I thank the bsnl officer for settig right the matter.
