From past few days I am getting 20-30 mbps upload speed on my 200 mbps plan.Download is constant 230.It so happens that it goes normal for a day then reverts back to 30 mbps.Talked to customer care they say form their end all is fine.Any idea?

You RX power is good, what about TX (if your optical unit/laser is malfunctioning)
Now that I see you are from Srinagar maybe your upload speed is capped because of politcial policy reasons? Are your neighbours or friends who use Airtel are getting good upload speeds?

I tested on various servers and all are showing same results for UL.
TX 2dBm. My neighbors too have same upload speeds .But my friend living in another sector has normal UL speed.So I ruled out the capping done by the government.
I guess this is a plausible reason. Thanks for your help
