Wireless Modem restarts when I connect my laptop to its WIFI

Whenever I connect my laptop wifi to the modem it goes into LOS (loss of signal) and restarts. I face no issue when connecting to mobile hotspots in my laptop but whenever I connect to the modem wifi, the modem restarts. Modem faces no issue when I connect 2-3 mobiles to it, but only when I connect my laptop.

My laptop: Lenovo S540 81ng002bin
My Modem: Netlink HG323RGW
My wifi driver: Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160Mhz

Please help me out. Thank you.
