Need help with configuring Huawei ONT for Spectra

Hi Guys,
Yesterday a friend of mine gave me a new ONT Huawei EG8145V5, It's a pretty nice ONT and works superbly on airtel.
But I need to configure this ONT with Spectra. I am facing issues while configuring.
Please help me out with this!
