No RailTel server showing up in Speedtest.net

I woke up this morning and found that not a single RailTel server is showing up on speedtest.net. I know it is not just me because it shows none with my mobile data on either. Although I'm able to ping both Hyderabad and Kolkata servers using there IPs. What could've caused this?

Edit :- RailTel servers are showing up now, seems like that was temporary.
