limit the speed for a user in this ONT is not possible i hope so but you can block a user with mac filter. Just find the mac address of the user in the user information table and paste it in the mac filter blacklist mode and add.
@manu1991 yeah that's true but in android you can use the device mac id but changing it manually in the wi-fi settings and then you can enable the mac filter in whitelist mode and add our own devices .
