Interesting that Samsung isn't trying to go down the ARM route with their Exynos processors.
 
microsoft cannot do shit. no one really (only) use metro apps (whatever they are called these days). Apple migrated their entire ecosystem to arm with full support for existing apps along with ios apps in one go. microsoft hasn't even converted control panel in windows 10 to their new user interface.
 
i am pretty sure you are limited to windows store apps only (excluding the w32 apps that are now on windows store).
