Any one know the sip account settings of Jio Fiber ? I have a VOIP landline with me and a Jio Fiber connection. Can I connect it?. Jio is providing IP phone connection to business plans.

Thanks in advance .

You can use any old android phone/tablet with jiocall app on wifi only mode to make calls.
Infact you use 5 such client/phones for single connection.

If you are thinking of using the physical IP phone , then it might be a tough task due to Jio`s ecosystem

I have tried using Jio Voice app. The issue I noticed is app is very buggy. Call are getting disconnected often.

@igloo I have a BSNL Wings connection too.

Jio has locked down their ONT. Bridge mode isn’t possible. SIP settings also won’t be provided. So your wish to use your IP phone on a consumer connection won’t be permitted by Jio.

i connected the JIO line to the FXO Port of Grandstream IP PBX and it works!! It is be added on the FXO port.

Using analog tech in the last device is the only way you can make it work with Jio. Jio won't give you the SIP settings obviously, so you can't use a true IP/VoIP phone. You can connect any phone's FXS port to the FXO port on the Jio modem/router. That's all..
Or use the JioCall app on a smartphone.
Those are your only options.

Is there any option to use jio voice app without making it the default sms application? Not able to deny that permission, the app will not start without that permission.

I assume you mean Jio Call app @jasonbx .
I use jio join app instead of jio call and it doesn't have to be set as the default sms app. Although, it will ask for all kinds of permissions.
I found jio join to be less buggy than jio call
