Jio fiber router lock dns

I am currently using cleanbrowsing family filter as the dns of wan and lan section of jio fiber router, most of the time it is working perfect.

But if I'm changing the dns from cleanbrowsing to google dns in user device. Google dns is being used.

Can anyone please help me to understand, how can I lock the dns in jio fiber router to cleanbrowsing, so that even if the user changes the dns to google in their device, all the traffic goes to cleanbrowsing dns only?

I don't think you can do that with Jio router.

Device would always override router's dns AFAIK.

buy an advanced router, route all DNS servers a list of 50 to router. example cloudfare-dns.com = 192.x.x.x., 1.1.1.1 =192.168.x.x ,
basically force router to resolve all DNS Ips to router and pickup router DNS.

Use a rpi4 install pihole and rewrite all popular dns in Jio router to 0.0.0.0 and ::0
