Hello Guys,
Recently like last night I joined BSNL Fibre in Bhubaneswar, However to my dismay I have been getting only 20-30mbps on a connection of 300mbps even on 5ghz band.
Kindly advise what can be done? The equipment I am using are
Modem- Netlink GPON ONT 2GE+1POTS+ac WIFI (HG323DAC)
Router- TP-Link Archer C6.
Almost all the devices on the setup are Macs and they lack ethernet ports.

I called up the vendor and he told me that I need to speak to bsnl fibre people directly and that they'd be able to help me, and to utilise a 300mbps connections certain more changes need to be done otherwise I'll only be able to use 100mbps. Pls advise and help me in this situation

Solution
Tldr: BSNL vendors in Bhubaneswar don’t like investing in quality OLT and sell oversaturated ports. So avoid BSNL fibre. Same is the case with direct Bsnl as well but you can complain on PG portal. But if you complain on PG portal against vendor. BSNL people save the vendors ass. Kudos to @Xposed for helping out of his way.
So I’m filling a consumer complaint against BSNL and vendor. Wish me luck 🙂
Speedtests should be done on the LAN always . Anyways , are you running in Bridge mode or just a single router ?

@zoro992 : Plz discuss about your problem in your own relevant thread(the one you created), don't post half info here and other half there

Shashank and Vishal plz discuss it here so everybody who is helping him are on the same page

Do any speedtest on PC with LAN, nobody knows the wifi chipset quality of your phone(unless it is osmething costign 18K INr or above)

Xposed, how many cores optical fibre cable BSNL LCO use in your area?

I can't say that for sure because I don't have the connection myself. The same LCO serves the chunk of the area so, ican say that problem is with oversaturation only and we have got the LCO to ask for more bandwidth and he has asked to wait for 10days

Speed is low on all servers or specific websites ?

LCO is a Local Cable Operator . Basically the one who looks after last mile connectivity and technical customer issues also in ISP like BSNL

I will share my experience ,Got my connection on 14th of this month - Fiber Premium Plus - 1277 - 200Mbps , Location -Kalarahanga, Patia, Bhubaneswar ,Installed the fibre optic in 2 days ,Cost paid to LCO - ₹3.5k ,Optic wire they used is M-Core 2F OFC Cable ,ONT - Revo 1ge+1fe+1pots+wifi onu router ,Single Band ,Even after informing them I will opting for 200 Mbps they gave that only , Luckily I had a Archer A6 Dual Band which I now use in bridged mode.
I requested them to setup the A6 so that I can utilize the full speed ,but they blantly denied and kind off ran away only setting that REVO ONT ,It was transmitting around 60-80 Mbps ,After they went I googled and disabled the DHCP and connected the GE port of ONT to the LAN of A6 ,Resulting is speeds on 5GHz nearing 200Mbps .
Ran couple of downloads and Uploads to verify ,And on drive I m getting 20-25MBps Up/Down.
Ping of Valo - 50-60ms
BGMI - 30-40ms
Previously I was on Alliance and that's probably the best ISP after JIO in BBSR I would say ,Due to change in location I had to shift to BSNL.Till now all the things are manageable ,Hope it stays like that.
